Admin or whoever in charge of making new updates on Google Play Platform, you guys should really learned more about programming. the download pending issues have been repeating glitches and bugs for years for many users, yet you all can't even determined the problem and solved it. just 1 hour ago my game has new updates that requires update from google play platform instead of in-game updates. · To counter that, open the Play Store, tap on the menu icon, and select My apps and games. To cancel downloading an app, tap on the ‘x’ button or Estimated Reading Time: 7 mins. · · Tap My apps & games. If any downloads are pending, tap the "Update all" button to update the apps If an app download appears to be stuck, Estimated Reading Time: 2 mins.
Seeing the same problem here. I am using Pixel 3a with build PD2A WiFi works dinner with other apps. I am posting this reply using the Wifi connection. The Wifi is a hotspot from another phone which has an unlimited data plan. Beginning with version , Adobe Photoshop Lightroom for mobile (iOS) supports HDR capture mode on any iPhone or iPad device that has at least a megapixel camera, running at iOS or newer. For more information on HDR capture mode, refer Capture high-contrast scenes in the HDR mode (iOS). Either it says pending forever or nothing happens at all when I select update. Been trying to update Android System WebView for the past hour and it gets stuck to Pending. It's not updating. Haven't been able to use most of my apps all day. My android system web app still pending the whole nigt and cannot stop it.

After I force-stopped and cleared storage and cache for the Download Manager system app, about 10 extra "rogue" downloads popped up. They were random apps, including both Google/system like SIM manager and 3rd party store-installed ones. After a whack-a-mole session in Installed the Updates apps were able to download and update. 1) Stop current / pending downloads in Google Play Store. 2) Disable Google App. 3) Clear cache / data for Google Play Store. 4) Restart device (for good measure) 5) Resume updating apps (once they show up again in the store, downloading a new app may trigger this) 6) Re-enable Google app (I was able to do this without recreating the problem) Good luck!.
